Pure Fandom ‘Atomic Blonde’ Review

If you’ve seen the trailer for Atomic Blonde you may have certain expectations for the movie. Charlize Theron whooping some ass. The female James Bond. Action. A little dry comedy. Movie Review: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Comic book movies are the best thing going right now. They’re fun, they’re entertaining, and they rarely miss. It’s not very often that they’re critically acclaimed, however, on the same level as the Shawshanks and Godfathers of the world. The Dark Knight earned its place among that group, and rightfully so. Now you can add another to that list. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 takes you on a ride that is an Awesome Mix of emotion, visual effects, and musical accompaniment that results in what may be Marvel’s best movie yet.

Movie Review: Free Fire

Here’s a thought that’s not groundbreaking. There are a lot of really serious issues in the world right now. Not getting into it, but you know it. A lot of that can carry over to the movies, with documentaries and think pieces. Those are necessary as well, but it doesn’t take away from one very important fact about Hollywood. Legion 1×04 recap: 4 WTF moments from Chapter 4

As we hit the halfway part of season 1, Legion 1×04 took us on a trip, gave us a few answers, and still left us scratching our heads. In other words, it was one of the best episodes of the season so far. The feeling of a weekly acid trip is part of the show’s charm at this point, so we can either accept it or fall into an alternate mind Wednesdays at 10.
